Residential Trash and Recycling Program
It’s essential to know about our trash and recycling program.
Trash
- Please have trash out, or curbside accessible by 7 am on the day of service
- Please use our 96 Gal tote (If needed please contact customer service)
- All trash must be inside your tote
- If you have excess trash you must put a work order in with customer service via cell, email, or your online portal or it will not be picked up
- You do not need to use town bags if you have our service
- We do not take yard waste or Christmas trees
- Holiday delays for each quarter will be on the very bottom of the quarterly bill
- The trucks run from 7 am until 7 pm, a notification will be sent out via email at night if there is a delay on your route, please make sure we have an updated email address on file
*Some bulky items may be taken on your service day (must call to schedule and pay before it is picked up)
- No banned items
- Mattresses, box springs
- Metal items, appliances
Recycling
- Please have trash out, or curbside accessible by 7 am on the day of service
- Please use our 96 gal tote (If needed please contact customer service)
- Any recycling not in the tote will not be taken, unless you put in a work order with customer service via call, email or your online portal
- If you will always have excess recycling we can provide additional totes for a fee
- Do not bag your recycling, all recycle must be loose and in your bin

- Recycling is only every other week- please see below to see your recycling week
- Single stream- all materials may be combined but must be clean (no bags)
- The recycle barrel has the yellow lid
